ShotSift is an Android screenshot-cleaning application. This policy explains how ShotSift handles information when you use the app.

Screenshot processing

ShotSift processes screenshots on your device to provide screenshot review, organization and duplicate-detection features. ShotSift does not upload your screenshot library to ShotSift-operated servers.

Advertising

ShotSift uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, diagnostics, interaction data and other information as described in Google's own privacy and advertising policies.

Accounts

ShotSift does not require you to create a ShotSift account to use the app.

Permissions

ShotSift may request Android media permissions needed to view and manage screenshots or media you permit it to access. These permissions are used to provide screenshot-cleaning features.

Data retention

ShotSift does not maintain a server-side copy of your screenshot library. Information processed by third-party advertising services is subject to those providers' retention practices.

Third-party services

The app may use Google services such as Google Play services and Google AdMob. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Changes

This policy may be updated when ShotSift's features, advertising setup or legal requirements change.
